A valid driver's license is required, along with eligibility for a Class A commercial driver's license (CDL). Applicants cannot have a felony conviction, must weigh no more than 300 pounds due to equipment restrictions, and complete an online learning readiness assessment. Physical and mental fitness is required, verified by a Medical Release form during enrollment. Additionally, proof of passing the DOT Physical and a signed Medical Release form from both the applicant and their doctor are needed.
