Details about Dona Ana Community College Lineworker Certificate Program
DACCs electrician program teaches students installation and maintenance techniques for residential, commercial and industrial electrical systems. Faculty members of the program bring to the classroom many years of real-world experience. DACCs general electrician program. Concepts discussed in lecture are applied through hands-on lab projects that utilize DACCs lab facilities. Students work on both team-based and individual projects that simulate real-world job sites. Many of DACCs students work with licensed journeyman electricians and contractors to obtain on-the-job training that will apply towards their eligibility to sit for their journeyman electrician license.
