Brink Construction is hiring lineman. Brink Constructors, Inc. is an electrical contracting company with 75 years of experience in the areas of high voltage transmission lines and substations. Our staff of 300+ specializes in not only transmission and substation, but has expanded into distribution, commercial & residential electrician work, and EV charging stations.
Brink Construction Lineman Pay and Salary Information
Estimated total pay for a Lineman at Brink Constructors is $39 per hour. Lineman will become eligible for health insurance on the first day of the month following full-time employment.
Lineman Apprenticeships at Brink Construction
Apprentice at Brink Construction, Work will consist of installations, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, and associated materials and equipment within the high voltage transmission and substation electrical industry. Perform duties necessary to complete assigned task under the direct supervision of Journeyman, Foreman, or Superintendent. Employee should keep all materials, tools and equipment in an orderly fashion and maintain a clean work area at all times. Demonstrating safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment. This is a traveling position functioning primarily in the Mid-West.
Brink Construction Journeyman Lineman Jobs
Journeyman lineman at Brink Construction Clearly understand and comply with Brink Constructors and Federal Job Safety Requirements. (O.S.H.A.) Must be able to report to assigned job site location on time as directed. Maintain and properly store tools and equipment. Proper use and safe handling of tools, equipment and materials. Accurately organize materials and tools in order to maintain clean and neat work area.
Brink Construction Lineman Job Hiring Process
"High school Graduate, Holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/ experience.
Has worked in the line industry as an apprentice lineworker for at least 4 years
Able to conduct a Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) as required
Experience in grounding conductor and setting up an Equipotential Workzone
Ability to interpret maps, specifications, staking sheet, and complex diagrams.
