These pants are designed for power linemen and meet the safety standards for CAT2 and NFPA 2112. The arc rating is ATPV 11 calories/cm², and the pants are certified by Underwriters Laboratories to meet the requirements of the NFPA 2112 standard on flame resistant garments for industrial personnel against flash fire. The length of the pant label may vary depending on the style, as items are cut to order. The pants are made with a special CoolTouch 7 oz. blend fabric that is both comfortable and flame resistant. The pants feature 6 convenient pockets and an interlined waistband with a hook-and-bar closure for durability.
These pants are made from 100% cotton and are imported. They feature a button closure and are machine washable. The material used for these pants is 7.5OZ cotton twill that has been treated for flame resistance. The buttons and sewing threads are also flame resistant, and there is a clear flame resistance tag on the front phone pocket. Additional information about the UL certification can be found on the neck tag. The package also includes a small sample for customers to test the flame resistance of the pants.
